HEY!
Last month we went to an exchange programme in Ireland and I am going to tell a little bit about it.
I had done some exchanges earlier and I found them really exciting and rewarding so I was so excited for this trip.
When the time arrived , I prepared my suitcase and I was ready to live this new experience, meeting a big group of students and staying 5 days in an Irish family.
The first day when we arrived all our hosts where waiting for us at the school , so we left our suitcases in a room and went to have dinner with them and after that we went to see a musical. The second day , they took us on a guided tour through Dublin , and we did some shopping. The last two days , where family days , and we spent them together.
I liked Dublin and enjoyed a lot the people there , the group had a really good vibe !!!

Campaign Activity
Hey bloggers,
As you know , this term we have been working on some NGOs and specially on the Guipuzkoa's Foodbank. Due to that, we have done a compaign trying to involve students to bring food to our school and donate it to an association.
We followed an easy process. First, we gave them an infomative paper where we wrote a list of things that people could bring for the gathering and it's deadline. After that, the first week of April during the breaks ,we stayed on the school hall to store all the food that students brought. Finally, we gave all the food to Guipuzkoa's Foodbank.
Happily, the food gathering was quite succesfull and a lot of students and teachers took part on it ! Thank you all!

Our poster
HELLO bloggers!
We are participating in a competition and we had to create a poster to encourage fellow students to cooperate in solidarity projects and make them conscious of the reality we are living and the necessity of taking action.
So Olatz and I , had the idea of doing a poster with the next slogan : Think , not everyone can have food freely.
And the picture we have chosed is this one :

Europe in the Basque Country
We had to take a picture answering to the next question : Where do you see Europe in your country?
So I have choosen the next photo :
This picture is taken in beach Ondarreta in San Sebastian , and it represents that Donostia is going to be Europes Cultural Capital of 2016. Here the video of Donostia`s candidacy :

NGO volunteering
Me as a volunteer
I don`t do much volunteering, but in the future , I`d like to help some associations. Such as , Greenpeace, Unicef... I think there is much to be done and to improve in this world, so if each one of us did something to contribute on it , everything will be better.

My NGO
Hello!
My partner Olatz and I , had to choose an NGO to work with and in this case we picked "SOS GALGOS" because we are enthusiasts about animals and very concerned about this breed of dog in particular. This association fights every day to change the laws and educates the public about the rights of animals in Spain.

Globalization
HI bloggers !
We call globalization to the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas, and other aspects of culture.
This last days , we have been learning and speaking about this and debating it's good and bad feedbacks.
As a example of globalization an international integration , I have choosen Starbucks corporation, an American global coffee company and coffehouse chain.
Actually, Starbucks is the largest coffehouse company in the world, with 20,891 stores in 62 countries, including 13,279 in the United States, 1,324 in Canada, 989 in Japan, 851 in China, 806 in the United Kingdom, 556 in South Korea, 377 in Mexico, 291 in Taiwan, 206 in the Philippines, 179 in Turkey, 171 in Thailand, and 167 in Germany.
In this photo below you will see how the company has expanded rapidly. Since 1987, Starbucks has opened on average two new stores every day.
